Slam Dunk

Show your skills and try to slam the basketball in the hoop.  You will only need to use the mouse in order to play this game.

As the basketball player dribbles toward the basket on a fast break, it is up to you to help him slam dunk the ball.  You'll want to do it with authority, so follow the simple instructions below in order to maximize your chances of impressing the crowd.  You might also notice that the crowd is not terribly impressive.  There are a good deal of empty seats on the bleachers.  And the front row of folding chairs has a lot of vacancy as well.

Whenever you are ready to begin your dunk, click the button that has a finger with the word PRESS on the right hand side with the mouse pointer.  You will then see a power bar move from the right to the left.  The further this bar gets to the left, the more power your player will use when making their jump.  When it reaches the desired level, click the button again.  An angle meter will then show up as a red quarter circle that gets bigger and then smaller again.  When this area reaches the angle that you'd like to jump at, click it again.  Your player will then attempt a slam dunk.  If you don't have enough power or you do not select the right angle, then you will obviously not complete the slam dunk.  If this is the case, then perhaps it is best that the stands are not full.  You would not want to embarrass yourself, now would you?
